Sergej van Middendorp is a passionate researcher, developer and consultant. He has immersed himself in the social changes that provide organizations in the with 21st century opportunities to be unique, successful and engaged. He is constantly searching for concepts and ideas that can help leaders pluck the fruits of the network economy. With a degree from the Hotel School in Maastricht and an MBA from Henley in his pocket, he brings more than fourteen years experience in consultancy to bear on strategy and organization in business. As a PhD student at Fielding Graduate University in California, he is learning how to bring the groove from jazz to network organizations. In the workshop Sergej facilitates the program and connects the jazz metaphor to learning options for participants.
